When I first thought of this story I believed the two characters were tethered souls. Two people that were always brought back to one another as if their souls were tethered together. I thought this because no matter what has happened in my life my husband and I have always been drawn back to one another.
I had not heard the term before so imagine my surprise when I found out that some people define a tethered soul as something negative. I don’t see it that way. I grew up on the central coast of California. By sheer luck, I ended up in Wisconsin. I went from 2334 miles away from the love of my life to 104 miles and then finally only blocks apart.
This is where my story was born. I believe that two souls can be tethered to one another and are bound to find one another time and time again despite time or distance.
Colby and Sarah are two such characters. Their souls are tied to one another and they are bound to find one another lifetime after lifetime.
